Many of us use Google Drive at an individual level, but what sorts of problems can arise when it is implemented at an institutional level? Learn about the ways that documents can seemingly vanish and what you can do to stop it. We will look at the multidimensional organizational challenges inherent in Google Drive, the reasons that some institutions run into problems, and best practices that can mitigate much of the risk factor.

Participants should have a basic familiarity with Google Drive, how to create docs and folders, and how to share files and folders.
